Q. How is the site best viewed?

A. For this site, and most sites on the Internet, 800 X 600 resolution is most commonly used.

Q. How do I set my computer for 800 X 600 resolution?

A. Double click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop. Next, double click on " Control Panel," then "Display." Click on the tab marked "Settings," and move the "Screen Area" control slider till it reads 800 X 600 Pixels. Don't forget to click "OK" when done.

Q. What browser do you prefer?

A. Brianmac.com is optimized for Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. It really is the best spaceship out there. You can download IE 6.0 for free here. The site also works well with AOL and Netscape 4.0 or higher, and Web TV too.

Q. I use the latest version of AOL and the pictures on your site look fuzzy. How come?

A. The default setting for AOL calls for "compressed graphics." Another words, your pictures are going to look like crap, and you are being cheated out of much the Web has to offer. This might have been necessary for some people in the dial-up era, but with the advent of DSL and cable, it's just a crime. Fortunately fixing the graphics problem is very easy, and you should do it immediately. To see amazing digital pictures all over the web using AOL do this…

From your AOL browser, go into "Preferences" by clicking the "Prefs" button.
(See graphic below.)

From the "Web Graphics" tab, make sure the "Use compressed graphics" box is NOT checked.Close and restart AOL.
AOL SUCKS

Q. Does your site look the same on every computer?

A. No. SkymediaFX has created special fonts and artwork for me, that not every computer is capable of reproducing. Fortunately, you can download this small file, and see Brianmac.com in all its glory. Just click on "run this program from it's current location" when the box comes up and click "OK" and you're done.

Q. What are the major differences between your Late Telephone Service and the BRIAN MAC INTERNET CLUB?

A. My phone service costs $395 per month (although I offer discounted seasonal rates and occasional special deals). The very best information I get is delivered to my clients via a state of the art 800 phone system which is updated constantly. I tell my people exactly what to play, and money manage everything by unit for maximum profit. It is for the serious player who requires the very best information. My strongest release: the "Open Ended Order" (49-24 last 5 years) is only available to Late Telephone Clients. Full details are available by calling Brian Mac Interactive (on tape) at 800-638-9349. As far as the Web is concerned…I consider BMIC to be the best value on the internet for the smaller player. Lots of high quality information at an extremely affordable price, and lots of extras too. Full details are posted HERE.

Q. What the Hell is an "Open Ended Order" anyway?

A. Ask anybody who knows. The betting groups (whose plays we use) can't just pick up the phone and call in a wager for 100 grand. Nobody really wants their action. So they use "Beards" to get down for them. Say they want $40,000 on a game. They'll tell each runner (beard) how much to bet to achieve their goal amount. Once in a while, they LOVE A GAME. Either they've got information not available to the general public, or they think the line is wrong. They tell the beards to get down AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. Essentially, it's a no limit game, but they just say Open Ended. These plays have amassed an incredible win percentage (49-24) over the years, and are reserved for my Late Phone Clients exclusively at no extra charge. Needless to say, we bang the hell out of these games when they come.

Q. What makes you or your service any better than all the scumbags out there?

A. First of all, I'm not trying to rip anybody off or promising the moon and the stars on a silver platter. Winning is not easy. It takes great information, discipline, and hard work. You've got to know that going in. We play syndicate games. If I'm going to gamble my hard earned money, let me be on the same side as the guys who do it for a living. Once upon a time I played service games and got scammed by the boiler rooms. I've found a better way. Do the hard work, pay for the right information, be honest and fair with people and have a
conscience. Sleep well at night.
